Current Works in Progress:
Evander’s Escape
A teenage boy works to escape the dungeons of a crafty dragon. But the more he tries, the more he fails. What is he doing wrong?
A story of hope for those who struggle with their own faults.
Status: Finished, in the polishing stage. Will probably be published in a collection of other stories that take place in the Midlands. Stay tuned…

Project: Pirate Collection
A series of interconnected stories that follow various pirates and how they respond to the King’s offer of mercy.
Inspired by historical events from age of piracy in the 1700s, but is otherwise a complete allegorical fantasy with unique cultures, quirky characters, and plenty of spiritual application. 😉
Status: First story finished, in polishing stage. Several more to write, and they’ll be slow since I only write them in the summer, lol. I need to be in a coastal mood.
The Western Wilds Saga
A sprawling series that takes place in the rebel region of the Western Wilds, where the King is hated and feared. The tales follow a motley assortment of characters as they slowly learn the truth about the real King. (And when I say slowly, I mean slowly. Hearts cannot be rushed.)
This saga is near to my heart, since I’ve struggled with believing in God’s true character, as well. And there are some fun cultures and characters in this one, though it’s a little grittier than my other stories. Clean of course, but more suitable for ages 13+ because it tackles some deep and serious topics, and just has a more mature “feel.”
Status: Season One almost complete. (Yes, I call them seasons. You’ll see why if you read them). I’ve written almost 4 seasons, but since I’ve been writing them since 2020, my writing skills have improved. I’m rewriting and re-editing them to reflect that.
